Chuck Roxin, Roxin Solutions LLC

Chuck Roxin, Roxin Solutions LLC:  With over 25 years as a consultant to management, Chuck Roxin is a Certified Management Consultant of the Institute of Management Consultants. He has succeeded in turning around companies in the CEO and COO roles. With international experience in Asia and Europe, he has recently designed programs for managers and MBA students in finance for use in North America, Asia and Europe.  The associates of his company all have similar experiences, and have achieved significant recognition in their professions.

John Wheeler, Wheels in Motion.

John works with owners and managers of small and medium size business to form peer boards. These boards function much like a board of directors; during monthly meetings, members focus on helping each other achieve both their business and personal vision. They also develop goals, strategies, and action plans in monthly private coaching sessions where they utilize proprietary tools for business assessment, financial analysis, and planning.

Kellee Franklin

Innovative and integrative thinker, creative change agent and corporate strategist, and entrepreneurial-minded business leader and educator. Recognized for delivering sustainable business strategy and IT/digital transformation, leveraging big data to drive innovation, designing new and inventive ways of performing business, and achieving actionable results through using human-centered design processes and best-in-class management consultant strategies. Gifted speaker on a variety of topics and facilitator of collaborative conversations across diverse market segments. (Kellee will be joining us remotely, as she currently lives in Virginia).


Bob Nowlin, Financial Management Solutions

Bob provides senior financial management business analysis and solutions to restaurant, hospitality and service companies. He quickly instills confidence and develops an open and comfortable working relationship with owners and CEOs as a strategic partner who will put into place the right processes, systems and/or financing.


Noah Fletcher

Noah Fletcher is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Mergers and Acquisition practice in Seattle. He has more than 10 years of experience applying deep technology, finance and operations experience to lead transformational business initiatives for clients across a wide range of industries including private equity, energy & utilities, financial services and insurance.


Sue Oliver

Sue Oliver is the Executive Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at the Albers School of Business and Economics, Seattle University, with over 25 years of experience in launching and running new ventures, programs, products, and services for Fortune 100 companies, nonprofits and startups. Sue has held senior management roles at Russell Investments, Washington Mutual, and other leading financial services companies and, most recently, has run her own consulting firm and nonprofit to support young adult social innovators.
