Our office hours are 9:00AM PST (Pacific Standard Time) to 5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and all US recognized holidays. Due to the nature of our service work we may be traveling extensively and if so, someone will be checking our EYN voicemail and email accounts regularly and will respond as soon as possible.
Our website accepts donations 24 hours a day however if your contribution is submitted and accepted on a weekend or holiday your gift will be processed the following business day.
